Thanks for the comments. In hindsight should have named it camouflage! As for the centering, I did not consider the butterfly as the subject, just part of the leaves/butterfly pattern. (though I did consider cropping to move the bug off-center)

The dead centre composition of the subject insect hurts the overall presentation of this otherwise amazing representation of natural camoflage for me. You've captured the subject perfectly against the background elements; you could not have hand placed the lighting, leaves and insect any better! I do feel the head of the insect is a little out of focus and some overall sharpening and a crop to place the subject slightly more to the upper left of the shot would have worked better for me, I think, or maybe just a little crop off the top, just below the light coloured twigs to the top right which would give you a nice naturally dark top edge frame and really help the subject pop off the page. The background elements without the insect are otherwise well framed but as the insect is the subject, I would have moved the subject more off centre.

Well done, the pattern on the butterfly is just perfect for the patterns in its environment. You nature shooters can manage to find something for every challenge.
