Sorry to make you sad cookiejar.

I originally had the whole bird included in the shot, then cropped to this. I thought the obscured beak belied the captivity.

Aug 17, 2014		     Good title - my sentiments exactly. Too bad the beak was obscured and I don't see a way around it. I like the way the edges increase the claustrophobia of the cage.

i would have cropped to wire just behind the red colouring and made more of the caged feeling.
nice try nonetheless
