jomari: Great image of the tractor. I don't think the fence or the background were much of a problem, my sense is that this needed more room at the top. No worries about cropping and cloning here, you will find it documented in many entries. Be sure and check the outtakes forum. Your tractor looks like it could do with some tlc. Do you have an agricultural or auto museum close by? They might be interested in seeing your photo and knowing where it is.

Thank you for your comments. As many pointed out the crop is a bit tight. The trouble was, above that fence was a whole lot of distraction. The tractor was on the other side of a barbed wire fence, on private property, so I was limited as to possible points of view. Viewed from the other side there were sheep (okay) and a full on country tennis court (not so okay) behind it.
I've only recently started entering here and maybe it would have been okay to clone out what I didn't want???

Really love your pp - the effect is beautiful. Definitely a vintage find with tons of character. A little more space at the top would have been nice, but still high in my faves.

I like the processing, adds to the vintage feel. Would just like a little more space, the crop feels too tight.

Like the subject and processing. However, I think it is framed too tight and would like to see it more in context.

This certainly does say vintage and it's in my faves. Poor old machine has seen better days! Love the way you have edited the image to give an old time effect. My only negative comment is that the crop is very close to the steering wheel, but maybe there was something there that you didn't want in the picture. I think my preference would have been for a bit more balance with the foreground.

I like the effects you used to add a vintage look to the photo. Also, right on theme with the subject.
