Well deserving. I thought it would rank higher.

This one just missed my top ten. The car spoiled it for me.

I agree it's balance though my analysis is different. No matter, it is quite nicely done.

I appreciate what you were trying to capture and perhaps a tighter cropping to include just the rectangles and circles would help. Also the moving vehicle in the foreground is quite distracting. The image is extremely vibrant and well exposed.

Mepo: Thanks for the comment. Some others didn't like the car. Oh, well.

I agree and I also think that not correcting the perspective distortion works well in this case. It helps draw the eye to the medallions. The moving car in the foreground also adds depth and balances the solid building. Without it the shot would not be s good. Well done.

Excellent shot! I agree that the circular medallions really balance out the image, as well as break up the monotony of all the straight lines. The moving car is a bit distracting.

Well balanced, beautifully shot. Great exposure, especially on the lit medallions. Would like it even better if the nearly-central car were more to the left and there were some interesting-looking people by the shiny doors.

A nice capture with mood and depth. The passing car lets it down, as it both distracts from the main subject and creates an imbalance. If more of the car was visible and slightly further back up the road it would have possibly added to the image.

    good colours and shapes captured.
i hid the car at the base with a black card and the colours were more impressive as the cars movement had drawn the eye to it
