Dec 20, 2015		     Love the bird, the eye is especially fine with the detail and the sunlit reflection, but the background it doing not nice things to the image. Composition wise it is fine but the strong background colours are taking over the shot.

Dec 19, 2015		     Balance would be better with more reeds, somewhat less grass below and right of bird. Shadow areas are too dark.

Dec 19, 2015		     Balanced somewhat. Slightly heavier to the right, due to the darker grass, but this is not by much. The imbalance is offset by the grass in the top left and the blue water, but it is still not evenly distributed.

maybe a lower POV ??
