Post-Processing: JPEG SOOC       Extra Info: This was taken at a Chinese lantern festival. The dragon was 190 feet long and sitting on a lake. A stream of water sprays from the dragon's mouth.

Jan 7, 2016		     Undeniably a fine shot. I considered at first whether this was simply a recording of another artist's work but consider this more than just a tribute, it is a creative interpretation and so you get into my top picks for its technical excellence and great use of light. Fabulous for SOOC though I do not factor PP into my judgment as to whether I rank an image any more or less because of it.
