This was my #1 choice - I thought it was unusual, beautifully framed, and well exposed. The statue looks like it's trying to fight it's way out of the wrap.

Thank you all for your positive comments.

This is not a staged shot, I spotted this 5 foot sculpture in the Hungarian National Gallery, covered with bubble wrap for transit. I wasn't able to get any closer to it, or find a different angle. I quite liked the contrast with the modern window frame (although I will try to darken it), and the presence of the tape that some of you found distracting to me shows it is utilitarian packaging.

    Very creative!

I like your use of the window acting as a frame. I think it really adds drama to your pic. Can't even imagine it without, good job.

    Effective, and good contrast

Ok, I am not sure if this is a man or a sculpture, very intriguing. I would love to know more. You have frame the image well here, and the net adds good texture.. Excellent image!

Unusual idea, slightly off-vertical and I find the tape distracting.

This is so unusual that it grabbed my attention right away. It's a difficult shot, given the backlighting - and I think you've done a great job with the exposure and detail. High in my favourites.

intriguing shot. would be interesting to reproduce with live person. still in my favs.

Intriguing shot that makes one wonder what's going on here. Great framing against the window (which could benefit from straightening).

I like the concept but the execution does look a little artificial especially with the modern window; if you could have isolated the figure and the cloth without the tape, I think it would work better.

i don't see the wrap being a fashion item....
the silhouette comes through so we can see the shape and interest as there is a large sword and the figure is petite

I wish all those tape pieces weren't there. But it was probably not up to you to remove them!

good shot. Backlighting works well here. I would have burnt a bit off the top as I think the lighter frame above distracts
