    Thank you very much all.

I think she was pointing at a bird forkcandles, but it was just out of shot.

got the theme spot on here
maybe the red coat figure was pointing at the bird or something else it had spotted
nice bonding with the elder, near but not too close

Out on the beach making memories - a beautiful moment captured well.

Nice moment, The red jacket definitely draws attention. Just wish the red jacket wasn't dead centre on the photo.

Yeah, I thought I would get picked up for that ;-) . I did try cropping much closer to the girl to get her more on a third, but she seemed to be pointing out of the photo which didn't look right either.

Nice multi-generational scene. Composition might be better if the child and red coat were not so much in the center.

I did try cropping the adult out, but I thought the child pointing something out to someone without anyone else there, looked a bit strange so I left him in.

I have to say I was initially attracted to this shot until I noticed the adult. He is caught in one of those unfortunate poses that I am an expert in capturing :-) I think if he had been cropped or cloned out this would have been my top pick. The capture of the child is absolutely adorable. I can see by the look on their faces that these two enjoy each others company; that's priceless.

Thanks very much both. I think half a second earlier would have been better too :-) .

Wish granddad wasn't off stride and adjusting his glasses or scratching his nose or whatever. Perfect timing counts and this is a half second off I think. Of course the child is perfectly caught and to be great you need to have the rare moment of catching both perfectly. I wonder if burst mode might have worked here. Good job getting rid of the bird. Nicely framed; beautifully exposed.
