Interesting how many people did, and did not, like the red pot. Count yourself as one of the honored "controversial" Panachallenge photographers!

Nice but move the plant pot! GL.

I keep looking at the pot, it's a major distraction from the beautiful door. When I block it out, the rest of the photo appears more vivid. The rest of the photo is very appealing. In my tt.

I like the detail and the warm colour of the wood. i think the pot would have been an asset closer to the door. As it is, it tends to draw my eye to the side.

Suits to the topic, there are several arches. Composition ok.

I love this composition. So well balanced with the red pot. My top pick.

Sometimes you just pull it all together. Very fine image, just pleasing to the eye. Excellent composition and framing. Lovely detail and colour.

Great door to photograph. The red pot on the right adds measurably to the impact. The only small "ding" I would say is that if it were possible, you should have cropped the image, or positioned yourself to take the picture, so that the bottom edges of the wall and door were completely horizontal. I know from experience, that people (especially photographers!) are unforgiving about off-kilter lines.

The pot seems a bit incongruous with the building but it provides a good compositional counterbalnce. I like the textures and colours. In my favourites.

the pot is highly distracting due to its colour. the framed door in well on theme but points lost for the pot

Really love the overall colors, although I find the red planter a bit distracting. In my TT
