Thanks for all the comments. Very much appreciated. I've made a few excursions to shoot this bridge since it was built and was never able to get a satisfactory view. I went out late at night with my 10mm lens which I had received as a gift. I was lucky to get a small truck crossing so that I could have the red line running just above the bridge rail. The water was very rippled both before and after this shot - some days everything just falls into place :-) |

I really like the angle you've used. The exposure is right on too. Great detail in both the bridges and the reflections. |

Very well taken with a great exposure. I love the little 'stars' on the lights. It's a shame there isn't more actual 'arch' in the reflections but I guess that can't be helped. GL. |

maybe they're keeping the engineering group intact and in place because instead of a building bridges for vehicles, they can build them for wonderful photos?! |

Suits to the topic with those several arches. In my favorites. |

I like the dual perspective we are given by way of the reflection and I like the patterns. |

There is real skill here. You have managed to make this bridge look magical. Perfect for archways theme. |

Cleverly composed composition, bridge and reflections all effectively pull you over to far side of the river. Great image. |

The contractor may not have known how to build a bridge but they sure knew how to design a beautiful one. Lovely image, great lighting and the reflection is wonderful. Very high in my TT. Edited on May 27, 2016
