Post-Processing:
Merged multiple shots at different exposures in Lightroom to cover the range of highlight and shadow. Adjusted exposure, contrast, and tone curve for dynamic range. Also cloned out a lens reflection. I am always happy to respond to sincere questions from anyone interested in some specific aspect of my image preparation.
Extra Info:
I was trying to find some leading lines for this cityscape. This spot is near a railroad track switching point with one set of tracks curving to the right and another to the left. I set the camera on the tracks at the spot where they split. I liked how the city lights reflected off the shiny tracks. Shot during the blue hour after sunset. Merged 3 shots to cover dynamic range. Merged multiple shots.

Really quite good technically. I'd love to know how you merged everything. In my top picks.

The camera position made this shot for me. Great reflections on the rails too.

Very striking shot - the reflections on the rails really help to draw the eye in. Excellent exposure and detail.

Good work. In my favorites.

An interesting composition. I like how the leading lines take me to the light and the lit up building, but then make me detour and explore the framed area to left. The colours are very pleasing. In my favourites.

If the HDR part is what you are calling complicated, merging multiple shots in LR is trivial. After that you just use the normal adjustment sliders in LR.

a complicated process but worth the trouble for the result

Nice composition, with good color and exposure, but the out-of-focus foreground rails put me off somewhat.

I love blue hour photography and this is a great example. The tracks lead the eye into the scene very effectively. High in my favs.

Good job of merging images. Nice detail. Initially, I didn't think this was a very interesting image. I looked at it again and have changed my opinion! While personally it would appeal more to me without the "industrial" foreground elements - the overall effect is actually much more interesting than I at first thought. In my top 5.
