Dec 27, 2016		     Very nice scene, John. Is there a way you could have brought out the points of light more on the flowers? Just wondering, as it doesn't say sparkle to me.

Dec 24, 2016		     Although I am not voting for this image as we were together when photographing this, this would have ranked high in my favorites. I think your flare / starburst is very effective and fitting for this challenge. I was there so I know this is the slope of the natural environment, but I think some others might perceive this as skew although it isn't. On a more critical note, but just for feedback, I am wondering if a stop or 2 up in exposure especially in the foreground shadows and in the sky might have helped make a "lighter" image, but I can't say for sure. Another small distraction is the rounded flare in the sun starburst, because this is a such a strong focal point the break in the streaks of light is a little distracting. These are small issues... if that... and still a fantastic image.
