Post-Processing:
using Affinity Photo, cropped, rotated slightly, curves adjusted for more contrast as a raw. Developed then slight increase in vibrance and saturation. Saved as a jpeg for the challenge.
Extra Info:
Shacked, getting tubed.
A wave in front of the surfer's wave broke in between me and the surfer, creating the large splash in the right side of the photo.

I love the composition of this and all the different textures of the water. I feel a little more contrast would help. In my tt.

Nice framing...in my TT ... seems a bit soft maybe more contrast or color saturation.

Clever and creative use of a different sort of framing. More contrast and color saturation on the surfer and water would improve the appeal, which is a bit gray as is.

This is a great shot - there must be some pp to lift it into the realms of greatness.

Terrific photograph feels like time has been frozen. He looks so comfortable squatting there. Love the wave as a frame.
