This image was shot with the Pana 7-14mm f4 lens which I love.
It's true that it looks better in B&W that in colors...
Many thanks for the tips to enhance the image, I'll try to correct the vertical orientation.

May 14, 2018		     I have seen this photo taken in colour - I'm amazed at how much more powerful it is in B&W. The turbulent sky really adds to the beauty of the castle and the B&W emphasizes the architecture.

May 14, 2018		     Well exposed and this image has all of the wonderful grey tones. IMHO I would have used the transform - skew to align the buildings in a more vertical orientation. The left-leaning portion of the castle on the right side of the image is distracting.

May 13, 2018		     At first I thought that it would have been better to use a longer lens or to correct the verticality of the walls. Then I saw the imposing chateau puffing out its chest - look at me! Gorgeous sky, hard stone building and silky water. Bravo.

May 12, 2018		     Neat shot of a great chateau! A few suggestions:
- The detail in the clouds is dramatic, but here it competes with the chateau. You could use a mask and negative Clarity to soften them. Maybe be lighten the sky a little, too, while you're at it.
- Crop off the bottom at the end of the diagonal pier.
- Usually I'd use Perspective Correction to straighten out the building distortion, but here I might even increase it, enhancing the sense of everything radiating from the central tower.
