Post-Processing: Cropped       Extra Info: Walking amongst the outdoor decorative lights at a party after the storm had partially blown them to the ground.

Jul 31, 2018		     Great shot Bernie - I loved the lacy look of the lights. I thought you would place much higher.

Jul 30, 2018		     The greenish yellow color below the lights must have come from the grass in the yard. Prior to the storm, the lights were attached to house and poles in the yard. After the storm, they were still attached to the house, but were no longer on the poles, but lying on the lawn. The part above the lights was just the darkness in the distance as I walked with shutter open between the two rows of lights. There was a sharp turn to the left in front of me.

Jul 28, 2018		     A nice abstract and stark image consisting of two colours. Somehow as good as it is, it doesn't quite crack my top 10 since I feel I need more, but maybe I am overthinking it. It might have helped to layer it so that all the dark background was as black as can be, since for me, the light bleed, in the bottom centre, especially weakens the impact of the image.
