The three candles are beautiful. I love intense colours, but in this instance, I find the background a bit overpowering and distracting.

I would have preferred all the flames going in the same upward direction.

    Great colour contrasts.

Interesting background and setting - would be interested to know how you achieved it.

Not sure that the impressive background really works with the objects (apart from colour contrast) - a high tech feel vs candles, which to me feel like an old fashioned, homely object.

But still a striking image and high in favourites

You have had a rewarding time playing with lighting and shapes and colours. Well done.

Very nice idea for the challenge.
Unfortunately the candles seem to be a little bit out of focus and the very sharp background is a bit distracting to me. But still in my top ten

I like the 3 candles a lot. It just feels like there are too many distracting shapes and colors around them.

Very nice lighting or lighting effect. Almost perfect except for the odd reflection in the blue surface below the middle candle.

Nice set up for the challenge. I think that the reds versus shades of blue is effective. The diagonals also add interest. I might have cropped a bit off the bottom of this image.
