Moody, grim. Imagine your only outlook being from one set of barred windows to another. Well photographed and processed.

Excellent composition and lighting as well as B&W to underline the stark reality of a prison cell. Well done.

well done... the starkness of this image done in black and white go well together. in my fav.

Well I wasn't expecting this. Interesting and unusual scene which is a bit too contrasty in places blowing out some details. I'd be tempted to burn in the white area bottom left as it catches my eye.

A moody and striking scene. Like the reflection of the window off the wall. Would recommend darkening (or even cropping off) the bright, distracting areas at the bottom, along with darkening the bed rail highlight, to keep attention on the window. Very nice.

Stark and beautiful. I like the angle, looks like the bed (?) is longingly looking at the window.

Nice shot. I love the lighting. IMHO cropping about 2.5" off the bottom and about 3/8" off the left would focus more attention on the window, but that's just me :-).

Very somber and fitting for the subject matter. Interesting take on the theme. This image is in the John Comyn style, which is a compliment. I particularly like the lighting.
