Apr 13, 2007		     What a nice bit of nostalgia! Great interpretation, suits the theme very well and I like the simplicity and human element in it. Close to the top for me.

Apr 13, 2007		     Jacob's ladder. I thought about doing something like this but can't remember how. It looks like focus got the b/g instead of the string. Getting focus where you want it isn't always an easy thing. Don't know how many times I've had spot focus on a bird with the bird smack dab in the center box and focus will find the b/g.
The pano crap looks good. Comp could use more room above the fingers and a bit more to either side. Try not to intersect the limbs at the joints, wrist, elbow, ankle, knee, etc.
Good idea on theme.

Apr 13, 2007		     Inventive choice of subject. I like everything about this. The choice of background texture and colour, and the elongated format, are very effective, as is the way the hands form a secondary frame. I used to be able to do this when I was much, much younger but have, I fear, lost this skill. We called it a Cat's Cradle, for reasons I don't think I ever knew.
