Kippis Cosvala, thanks for your post.
This view is from my summer-place in an island in Finlands southwestern archipelago. But actually, it`s not very long way to Saariselkä.

Hyvää paivä Suomen poika !!! i was trying to find who in this challenge was from north of Scandinavia ... lol of course i found Old Finn ;)
i added a comment to ur pic but i maybe closed window before to validated it 8-(
in resume beside technical aspect others said here ... i was saying where than in north of scandinavia could this pic taken ? This wall smells the same Finish wood i could experience in Sääriselkä. I dont use to go there for skying holidays. But we been there when i was landing in Ivalo and have a night before to drive to Lakselv, as my sami-kvean-norwegian, hubby is native from. I also been there with some samis friends in eastern as in Inari use to be reeinders races. So i been traveling a lot in this part of ur beautiful country. We married in the new sami court in Tana. We were with 3 witness and had a dinner after that in Njurgam. Teno s river so famous for salmons fishing. By the way where are u locate at ?

Thanks for the nice comments. The pic was shooted with the flash on and I had to make PP separately to the scenery outside and the interior.

Nice shot, good lighting and exposure for inside and out. Like the items on the shelf to bring color inside and the seagul, in my tt.

Pretty good shot but the diag board is a bit distracting. I like the wood, it gives the shot a nice warm look to it. In my TT.

Nice exposure. Looks like a nice peaceful forest. Only one little thing is that bird in the lower left...think I would have removed or repositioned to include the bird in total. Nice one. Good luck, dp.

Beautiful out-of doors shot through the window.
I think I would have removed some of the green tint from windows as it is a bit distracting and unrealistic.
I would have also removed some of the 'clutter' on the window sill as it just distracts from the beautiful window and the outside.

A picture of contrasts: the golden browns of the timber windows and walls against the greys and greens of the still growing version outside: the formal ornaments inside and bare nature out. Well exposed and composed image. A minor quibble is the duck/gull ornament in the bottom left, not sure it adds much. In my early favourites.
