So this one was yours! I really love the blue tones you get in your nocturnal pics... seems you've mastered them equally well in daylight :-) well done Jade, really a great entry!
Alberto: I suspect you'd better try to find Jade in her "Yesterday" pic... LOL ;-) ;-) ;-)

    Well done Jade.

Easy to capture? Sure almost any of us could do it. The more pertinent question for me is: Do we have the wit to see the opportunity? You obviously have!

No problem...You've got a good result anyway...
...If I could take a shot of you I'm sure I'd make the best I can...

Thanks, Mepo. Architecture in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is becoming really progressive; some major office towers and residential condos going with living walls (waterfalls with plants in the lobby as air filters), lots of green roofs (flat roofs with natural landscaping on top which influence the local micro-climate), windows that open for fresh air, and one really great office tower design which works on passive solar heating and cooling while creating a 20 storey atrium - still in the planning stages).

Not sure why I like this so much but well done. I think it has something to do with the crossing of the bars in the centre section.

All the more unusual since I hate rectangular architecture. Architects & designers seem to make everything straight and square and load us with constant temperature and humidity; stop any air movement, and then wonder why we fall asleep at our desks.

I like it :-) the simmetry, not so simmetric thanks to the slightly displaced reflection, lots of clouds at left reflection, almost none at right and at sky, lots of blue tones... very nice for the theme and high in my TT, well done!

rafinmelb Looks like it'd be an easy capture, doesn't it? (I think it is the precise positioning of the clouds and the light at just the right time which makes this work.)

Thanks, Gail. I tried to get on theme this time!

kjwags Honoured to get your vote especially given such a great field of entries.

Wish I'd done it. Simple geometric theme but enough content to keep us looking for a while. Probably won't be a winner in this field but shows what can be done with a simple well though out composition.

Nice lines, reflections, and shades of blue. Great job!

Adding this to TT due to the fact it does have blue in it which fits the challenge but also because I like the angle of the shot definitely gives it a different perspective than just a straight on shot of the building. nice job.

Franz, You have a good eye. The crop was to take out the security camera, which you can partially see in the reflection. It was an easy clone out but I thought the crop looked o.k. too. It works as an unusual angle shot as well but the variety of blues had me enter it here.

Very nice! You managed to get a whole spectrum of blues into one picture.
It looks as if you where searching for "unusual angles" ;-) That would work too.
Why did your crop touch the right corner of the roof? A distracting object? I asked because I wondered what that might be in the reflection.

Thanks, LaRee. As you can see from the comment below it was a simple shot with only a minor cropping. As for lack of distortion, all credit goes to the manufacturer.

I like this a lot. I like that the perspective is so clean. It looks distortion free to me. How did you manage that?

Thanks slieb; I'm blown away by some of the other entries in this challenge. (This image is, of course, of just a regular six floor office tower shot at a corner of the building from the ground looking up.)

Great shot, there are so many different shades of blue. I like how you cropped this, with each peek just hitting the top of the shot, quite an interesting building and nicely captured.
