    Great Macro, detail, exposure.

Very nice watch, but I see signs that this one has been repaired or maintained poorly. There are gouges around the inner rim and the screw head at the bottom has been damaged. Added to that is the corrosion above the nameplate. All this, of course, shows that you have excellent detail nd clarity on your shot :-) I also like the black background showing on the right which adds reality to the gold.

The best watch macro in the challenge. Nice and sharp. Softer light might have been better.

An interesting view of the intricate workings and textures. There must be a lot more jewels hiding away in there.
The silver and gold combine nicely and show well against the little bit of black background.

a square crop just using the circle of the works as the winder is a distraction or though part of the works

The detail is beautiful - I mean, you can actually see the jewel in the watch! I'm not sure about the crop. I think either closer in or farther out might have created a better balance. In my faves.

The details are stunning and well captured. Interesting to look at.

Beautifully executed, though not the most unusual of concepts, as several other watch entries would attest.

think i mentioned this on another entry... as sharp and detailed your focus is, i would have cropped even tighter to put emphasis on a particular part of the movement.
great shot.

Beautiful sharp focus and lighting. I leaves me wondering, however, if including more of the outside of the watch would have made for a more impactful image - yet still meet the "macro" theme?
