Kudos to you for spotting the potential in this shot. I like the green band - without it, I think the drop would be lost in the rest of the water.

Water droplets are fun to photograph. I assume this is a serious crop, since you don't want your camera/lens too close to dripping water.

Trying to figure out what this circular object is. The green portion is distracting. Good Attempt.

Thanks for your votes and comments - the orange is from a orange plastic dish - I ran the water into the dish and I had a green background.

I have to ask where all the orange comes from, I've never seen water this colour. Love the rendition of the main drop here, it looks like a hovering spaceship.

Nicely captured water drop. Nice patterns.

A bit of explanation here would have helped to work out the scaled the reflection. Good technically.

I would love to know how you achieved this effect. The colour and detail are wonderful. In my faves.

Orange is a very strong colour and this image is full of it. You did well to capture that droplet. Water at a macro level has very little detail to aww at, but the texture in the water is pleasing and carries this image.

Very impressive color and composition, though I might prefer a tighter focus on the droplet and less of the orange water.

Unique and interesting image. Seems a bit grainy for ISO 100, and too saturated for my tastes.
