This was in my TT. I thought the shadows added a very nice texture.

A pastoral scene and nicely lit. but I see contrast but not balance as much. Of course, I tend to see balance mainly in composition so that doesn't mean you're off the mark.

Nice shot, good use of light to balance the picture.

The fence really does add good balance. Nicely captured lighting.

The rich colours of the groundcover really offset the white picket fence, and the curve of the fence draws the eye inward. Well balanced.

I agree with your extra info, result is a very pleasing image.

This is a difficult image to measure, but my feeling is this a well balanced photo. The only concern might be the left third of the image which is a little dark, but I don't get an uncomfortable feeling from it. So well done!

i feel like i want something else (human?) in the photo. not saying this is unbalanced, just a personal thought. nice capture of afternoon light.

Like, like, like! The lines, the light, the proportions work for me.

Beautifully done. I think the light/dark balance helps the image tremendously.

I think that the light/dark balance makes this image. Beautifully exposed and composed.
