Trying to figure out how you got so much in focus. Gives it a miniature effect.

Fabulous! From the thumb I though it looked cluttered but every bit deserves to be there. I could look at this for a long time. High in my favourites.

Like your entry, definitely reflects image of cold. Does seem a little busy to me though, not sure where my eye wants to focus, on the people of the iced up bushes.

I hear you about the lack of focus. I should have concentrated on the frosted trees, but the couple photographing caught my attention.

The frost and ice on the trees and foliage looks magical, and you must have the opportunity to take many more like this. It's pity about the presence of the "danger warning sign", right in the centre.

sort of busy, lot of elements competing for what to focus on.
still great shot to express the cold.

Excellent depth-of-field and detail in the ice-covered trees, and the people add a lot of interest, Composition could be improved by shifting the building away from the center; perhaps a POV more to your right?

Definitely looks cold, and you did well with the layering to achieve foreground sharpness. There is a lot going on here in the image. I believe the building in the top centre and people to the left and the foreground ice is all fighting for attention, but all of this are so far to the left, top and bottom that none of them get the compositional benefit they deserve.

Quite a complex image but I find I am lacking a singular point of interest.
