Neil: "concrete that I had to fall onto when I was their age :-/ ."
That explains a lot of things LOL I still blame being tipped out of the stroller head first for my supposed faults :-)

That's quite the tree to climb. Wouldn't be allowed here, where kids are prevented from attempting anything the least bit dangerous or challenging for fear of lawsuits. These guys are pushing the envelope, discovering their strengths and having a ball.

A good find for the theme. To me despite the chosen dof it seems that parts of it are out of focus particularly the child at the top which is the main focus of the group. Great action shot. Well found.

The boy on top is obviously the star here. Consider cropping off the bottom quarter to make him more prominent.

Thanks very much both :-) .

Anthony - I did think of cropping closer to the top boy but that would have just left him and the two girls with their back to us, which I didn't think was as appealing.

Was actually at a park with some friends and was trying my best to get some good photos of my friends kids on a obstacle which looks exactly like this. Clearly I wasn't happy with my results. You did well here, just a highlights are very strong and there is a lot happening all over the frame... Kid at the top doesn't get the attention he deserves in this photo.

Thank you very much for your lovely comments :-) .

Mepo - There is a large area of rubber matting below them, which is much better than the concrete that I had to fall onto when I was their age :-/ .

This works on so many levels for what is just a "simple" shot. Nicely done!

A great shot, capturing so much activity as well as the happiness of the boy at the top. What a fabulous play structure. It would never be allowed here where constant amendments to regulations are leading to play structures that consist of a bunch of pillows scattered about a soft landing area :-) Love the colour and the involvement of so many active children in every possible pose. The whole shot emits happiness and achievement and FUN! Kudos.
