Oh this is you :-) I'm sorry about saying this was my top pick. I forgot to move it in first place after I recorded my votes, but nevertheless you ended up being my second pick after all. I really thought this was going to beat me.

By the way what's the story behind this decrepit television? Or Is that where you live :-)

Emotional content is there but something of a reach as a still life.

Very saturated, a little too much for my liking, especially on the wall. Based on your title I see there is some symbolism to watching tv, I don't really connect to that... That doesn't mean I didn't feel something, the first impression was vandalism, which would evoke anger as an emotion, the only problem with this is tv is old and the place probably abandoned or left to deteriate, which negates the initially feeling. Other than the over saturation, I think the rest of the image is executed well, lots of detail and drama... This is in my favourites.

This image screams anger to me. Nicely done and in my TT's.

This is my number one pick, as soon as I saw it, it evoked emotions of sadness emptiness, and I would love to know what on earth went in this house for it to end up like this.

Cool shot. I assume that is a reflection of the room on the TV screen, but the B&W makes it look like it's actually a show on. In my TT.

I have no idea how you got this shot and the centered composition bothers me, but it does express emotion and sqeaks into my picks.

Very nostalgic. Just imagine the excitement when that TV first arrived home.
The birds have excelled themselves with their decorations.
In my favourites.

Tone mapped to within an inch of its life and sharpened to crispiness.
