Excellent concept for the Challenge, but the cone is rather lonely in the frame. A tighter shot from a very low angle, perhaps with an upturned out-of-focus skateboard behind, could have more impact and fill out the frame better.

I can hear the screaming, great idea.

    Very frustrating. Fits the theme.

I can relate to this minor tragedy.

Another ice-cream that is - not another child!

Oh dear! Many memories of distraught child and too far away to get another one. Well done.

Wish I thought of this. Marvelous still life and right on the theme of the challenge. I can feel the frustration. Congratulations on a nicely done image.

Good photo... made my mind go to many places.

This recently happened, for real, to one of our friends, who definitely exhibited despair, we, on the other hand, exhibited great joy. Should do well.

This one made me laugh. Well conceived but I'm not sure about the cones positioning. I think I'd have preferred it more to the left but it is a tricky shape especially with the shadow. Maybe flipping the photo?

The other thing that doesn't look quite right to me is that it looks like it was placed gently on the tarmac. I think it would have looked more natural if the ice-cream was more 'splat' as it would have been if it was dropped, but I guess it would have been tricky to get a good result first time. GL.

on theme. Since you constructed, after shot, did you have sufficient ice cream left so you could scoop up for dessert? ;]
