Simply excellent. One of my top picks from the start. I can relate absolutely, especially as it was probably a telemarketer on the phone :-)

This was my #2. The composition and lighting don't look staged and beautifully photograph.

Congratulations Peanut. What impressed me most is the naturalness of the composition and the wonderful lighting.

Very well-executed still life, but without the title, the sense of interruption doesn't really come through. Adding a phone off the hook might help both with the communication and with filling out some of the empty area in the frame.

I like the lighting and the sense that someone is getting ready to settle in with a favorite book. In my TT

There's a nice feeling of relaxation here, despite the title. The low key lighting is just beautiful.

This is a fabulous image. Great subjects, wonderful lighting. There is something very precious about some quiet time alone to read a good book sitting in your favorite chair. Very high in my TT.

nice still life... like the dark tones... I may have cropped the lower black area and a bit from the right.

Great idea, really meets the theme, but the unopened bottle gives it a staged look. However, on my shortlist.
