    tension? anticipation? fear of consequences?

I'm not quite sure what emotion I should be feeling. Feeling of anticipation of knocking over the first tile, perhaps?

I donīt understand the emotion in this picture.

Firstly, the image is skew, this is evident by the non-vertical dominos. I am glad you didn't use a flash as the longer shadows are intiguing. However in turn did result in a high ISO, which created a lot of noise. I am not against noise in general, the problem is digital noise as a result of ISO is not the same as the noise with older film cameras. If you inspect closely you will see it is quite uneven and inconsistent in comparison, and cropping the image just accentuates this. Including the box in the image (I am sure all people know that it is dominos) and then cutting off the wording doesn't add much. I get where you going on the emotional side of it, but believe it is not strong enough to stand out. As for composition, not too bad, but I feel that starting and ending on the same vertical line is not the best. I suggest starting on the 1 vertical third line and ending on another.

Not keen on the tilt and I don't think the word Dominoes was needed. What is the emotion?
I do like the contrast of the dominoes, nice darks against the bright white dots.

we have a West Indian and an afro Caribbean who play dominoes by the hour in the office
the local area has several domino clubs where the game is no longer a game
