Very warm and welcoming, with leading lines that beckon me onward. The colours are rich and the detail superb.

Such a charming village. The path leads me in and beyond, making me wonder what lies around the bend? Top 2.

A lovely picture, and great detail. The building on the right is almost distracting by having the interest of the steps and lavender !
I think my eye is drawn more by the lovely evening light to the shutters/ window - than by the shaded road, but that is a minor issue, as I still want to look around the corner....

A classic use of the leading line to enhance the beautifully lit buildings. You have nicely captured the serenity of the scene. My only slight quarrel is that the building on the right is a bit dark; however, I appreciate that there must be a trade-off with the well-exposed buildings on the left. High in my favs.

I liked this one right away.. in my top 5.. Well composed.. Tone of colors in the shade complement the sun soaked walls on the other side of the road.. a charming scene.
