Congrats John! I love the look portrayed here. Interesting that a couple of members guessed it was yours!!! Also interesting are the assumptions made about your post-processing. Looking forward to seeing the original. Welcome Back!!!

What a really stunning image John. Pity the shadows and not prominent like someone mentioned but the scene is delicious!

Perhaps more of a silhouette than shadows, but still a gorgeous image. In my TT.

Thank you to everyone for commenting!

To those that want more shadows or more prominent shadows? The foreground is all shadow from the tree tops, the driveway behind the trees the tree trunks make shadows. Not to mention the shadows in the grass and background. I'd say 25% of the image is shadows.

aoc46 - The gold is natural, just enriched by PP. This is a colour image not B&W.
Mepo - No vignette added, but I'm sure my heavy PP had something to do with it. I'll post the original in outtakes.

I like the overall look of this photo but could do with more and prominent shadows to fit the challenge. GL

I love the textures , with the dew on the grass. The vibrant gold finish really makes for a striking image.

Dramatic image; however, the shadows are not that prominent. I wonder if later in the day or earlier in the morning would have helped. Nonetheless, the trees are wonderful and it smacks of a John Comyn image, which is a compliment.

Very attractive image. I find the vignette a bit heavy but love the toning and detail. High in my picks.

Nice early morning colours, but I might have waited for the sun to rise a bit more to get stronger shadows. In my TT.

Really nice image. Love the subtle rays of sunlight and the framing by darkening the edges.

Very nice, especially the subtle radiating shadows. For me, the gold tone may be a bit of overkill; it seems just as effective in monochrome.
