Post-Processing: On camera-phone, sharpened, converted to monochrome, increased contrast. Wish I'd had a way to bring out the appearance of the vase more, but had no such software tools available.       Extra Info: Ambaker enjoyed monochrome photos. The candles represent my prayers for his spirit. The flower represents his transition to a new existence. I am honored to have known him through Panachallenge. I will miss his counsel, his wit, and of course, his pictures. My condolences to his family.

Oct 24, 2016		     This was shot with my phone and had no way to adjust the aperture, thus the way out of focus candles and vase.

Oct 22, 2016		     Nice detail in the flower, but the scene could benefit from more depth of field - I found the candles and vase hard to recognize.
