Resized and Sharpened.       Extra Info: I'm providing some extracts from a newspaper article which relate to my entry. I can provide a link to the whole article after the challenge if need be. .............
"five boathouse jetties nestled on the banks of the river, were excellent examples of our regionís coastal heritage dating back to the 1940s.
Residents and visitors to the region would have many fond memories of these iconic jetties.
Over the years many people have fished from them and used them to sit and watch the river go by"

    Like the wide spectrum of grays, even with the sky blown out a bit. Long exposure adds to the peaceful atmosphere

    The building is actually collapsing at the rear right pier and so has a lean to it. I thought about rotating it but then the horizon would be out of whack and so would the horizontal cross beam in the foreground.

    I like the use of B&W and the simple composition. The building is slightly off vertical.
