Wonderful detail, and certainly a great choice in monochrome. Coming in so closely gives the paper in the foreground a bit too much impact, and distracts the focus from those expressive hands.

Very nice black N white... Focus, composition and lighting right on... the papers where a bit distracting took me a moment to realize she is rolling a smoke... may consider dodging the tobacco near right forefinger to match the area near left finger.

I sense the pp is overdone but there are so few external clues it is hard to tell if this might be SOOC. Nicely composed. Here a little says a lot.

Nicely focused on the hands, very nice textures. Just find the foreground a little distracting.

Great B+W capture with lots of detail. In my T5.

Very nice study of the hands, but the bright crumpled papers tend to draw the eye away. Consider darkening and defocusing the papers in PP; maybe a bit tighter crop.

like this a lot. Perhaps just a little more (not much though) of the upper portion to better show the story that this person is homeless (and then obviating the need to tell us in the title). Maybe I should just get it from the tattered sleeves, but I'd like a little more about this person's station in life.

This monochrome catches the atmosphere of your title. It appeals to me even though lacking a smidgeon of contrast.

I think the subject is very interesting, but the image treatment is a little harsh.

not totally on board with your processing but probably would be swayed after viewing others in your series if they too keep to this style. would like to see more. good scene.
