Love your photo NEAT. If you had taken out the two lens spots it would have probably improved your score.

Oh, but you won! Congrats!!!

I'm quite surprised this won, I really didn't think it was that good and I nearly didn't enter it, but I kind of didn't have anything better IMHO. Actually I entered the colour one first but the colours looked too saturated even though it was almost straight from camera. I ended up thinking the sepia was a lot more pleasing to the eye.

Thank you so much for all the great votes of confidence and the comments, I really appreciate it 😀😀😀

Congrats, what an amazing image. I also I agree to keep the sun flares in.

Congrats. I wholly agree with you on the sun flare, I've always thought they added some interest.

Absolutely stunning. You've used the rule of thirds beautifully to focus on the figure and the setting sun. I like your choice of finish - it lends a silvery sheen to the photo.

This is the photo I wanted to get but the weather would not cooperate. It is beautiful.

Lovely composition. Pity that there are two lighter areas which detract a little from overall effect. However, it is still my number one!

Good example of the theme, well-composed. Unfortunate that there are so many sun flares - I'd try to clone them out.

You're lucky you witness his big catch. Love the dramatic sky and reflection.

A Good landscape. I like your sepia treatment. The sun spots could have been removed, but I don't mind them left in.

Love the tone of the image, and the silhouette works well. I might have tried to separate the sun and the figure as one tends to distract from the other...
