Beautiful wheel, beautiful photo. Top half of top ten.

Thank you for the kind comments. I never thought of straightening the lines as I see the photo as an abstract take. I think I had the same comment on my entry for best of 2015 challenge where my entry is also an abstract. I tried doing as suggested now, but I felt I would be losing the correct angle of the diagonal line/curve of the fender that implies the golden ratio. Thanks again. :)

Outstanding take on a commonplace image. I love the perspective - great eye - B&W definitely adds to the elegance of the image. High in my favs.

I really like this but for some reason I really feel like it should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise!

    interesting idea to rotate!

wonderfully lit and the image rotation transforms a hackneyed shot into an interesting one. One thought: I might have burned the upper and lower left corners moderately. Think that would have better focused me on subj and kept the alternating patterns of dark to light to dark going

An unusual angle which makes an interesting composition with an almost-art deco effect. In my TT.

Clever idea - like the relationships between the wheel and the fender curves. Wish the upper left trim were aligned to vertical and cropped to show just the one band - would be more of a pure graphic image and less obviously a car turned on its nose. Still quite striking, nonetheless.

Very intersting subject. I only wished the lines in the upper left are vertical.
