Post-Processing: Increased vibrance, reduced exposure       Extra Info: For some reason, someone thought it was a great idea to build this in the middle of the city. It has a special car that is painted black for VIP use and costs about 3 times as much to use!

Nov 5, 2017		     Navy Pier in Chicago has a giant Ferris wheel that I have tried to capture every which way. This is a nice image and well done.
