Post-Processing: Cropped, Adjusted levels.       Extra Info: My wife often buys fresh produce that sits around until it begins to sprout. Lately, I've started planting them as house plants during the winter! These red potato plants are growing nicely. I just don't know when to harvest them!

Mar 13, 2018		     Leave them until the leaves start to die back, but top up the soil level to prevent any potatoes becoming exposed to the light, otherwise they will take on a green colour and could be harmful.

Mar 13, 2018		     I think you harvest them when the plant starts to die back. I like the detail of the hairy fuzz, but I think the white balance is off a bit.
