Apr 22, 2018		     Well-shot, but needs a stronger center of interest. The central snow-laden tree helps, but it's kind of lost against the background.

Apr 21, 2018		     Forest scenes are challenging. I think your subject is probably the interesting snow covered tree in the middle of the scene. I suspect it doesn't stand out in the image as it did to your eye when taking the photo. I recently read an article about shooting in forests which suggested one of the best conditions is fog because in helps to separate foreground and background which adds the perception of depth. On the other hand the poorest condition tends to be bright sun which creates strong contrast and shadows that add to the visual clutter of a forest scene. That said I love the forest in snow -- the most peaceful and quietest place in the world.

Apr 20, 2018		     Nice contrast between the trees and the snow. You must live in a cold place to have this much snow in April!
