Post-Processing: Cropped; Converted to B&W using the built-in tool in PS Elements (Infrared Effect option); Increased contract using either the Midtone or the Light Level setting; Denoised; Sharpened; Resized       Extra Info: Bright orange California Poppies. Pretty both in color and B&W. I liked the way flowers are backlit by the bright sun.

May 15, 2018		     After a long winter and an iffy Spring, these poppies are like a breath of fresh air. Kudos for the unusual angle and uplifting subject.

May 13, 2018		     Like the rhythmic line of the flowers. Would be improved with less exposure; detail is lost in the blossoms, and there is no true black point.

May 13, 2018		     I like the angle of your photo, taking the photo of the flowers so low. Can't even see in them really adds to the pic, and being backlit so we see the shadows adds to the effect. Nice!
