Thank to all for the comments and suggestions. Many comments about the sharpness of the pic, probably should have been shooting at 1/1600 instead of the 1/1250 would have helped, these guys move really fast. Also probably should have added a little usm in post processing.
Thanks again for the comments!

Hey, RD52! Sorry I accidentally sent you the message about a problem with your entry. I took the time to download your entry to check the focal length (which I really can't ask others to do). I've never noticed a problem with the ISO readings, but I checked today. It looks like it was pretty close 320 instead of the actual 308.

As for your entry, I would say increase the contrast. I'm a bit confused by the comment from RobertLavker saying this is a great example of the rule of odds. (Unless he is referring to 3 groups of 2 each.)

Nice shot, a little soft & needs more detail in birds, reflections not need IMO.

Well succeeded take. Well composed, good sharpness. In my favorites.

Wildlife photography is hard; animals in motion even harder, so this is a wonderful capture in every way but I think it would help if the birds were tack sharp and it there was a greater dynamic range....looks a little grey and flat to me.

Nice capture; good composition - like the simplicity. Some judicious retouching on the four right-hand birds could keep the heads from disappearing where they overlap.

Great example of the rule of odds. Marvelous capture. I might have cropped a bit off the left as it does not add much to the image. Great shot.

Good catch of flying birds! I suppose the slight graininess is due to either darkness or distance.

Interesting birds. Good job freezing the action. Needs some post processing work -- too dark and flat.

I like how they are all flying in unison, looks like it needs a little bit of contrast, and the colours look a little bit flat.
