Not even a lick! I tipped it down the sink.

Thanks to everyone for their comments. I certainly did not expect to win with this one. MrsSawyer the sprinkles were spills from previous efforts! It was hand held on the jug and release in the other hand. No sugar was eaten during the process!!
Mepo this was my shaky hand now much better since the pacemaker. (The pacemaker means that the hand shake drug can be increased without risk)

Love the orderly sprinkle of spilled sugar, and of course, the intentional parts too!

I love the effect. My top pick. Kudos on a steady hand.

Beautifully photographed. The spilled grains are so perfectly clear, in contrast to the sugar being poured.

Great idea, well executed! Not sure about the spilled grains.

Suits to the topic. Well composed. In my favorites.

Clever idea, well-composed and shot. The spilled sugar is a nice touch. Might prefer a non-reflective surface; the bowl reflection is distracting.

Great sense of motion - how many times before you got this image? I have tried these shots before and they really take patience and luck.

Good idea and effect. Almost looks like milk. I would have been tempted to spot remove the 4 larger grains of sugar bottom right. GL.
