Post-Processing:
Crop. Slight adjustments to exposure, brightness, saturation. Retouch to remove minor imperfections. Resize.
Extra Info:
The glass had to be glued to the (slanted) board. Getting it loose afterward (so I could drink the wine, of course) was the biggest challenge.

Congrats - I didn't realise this was a Dutch angle at first. My wine glass looks a lot like this sometimes ;-)

Congratulations, a very clever set up that worked well.

A clean and simple image. I thought this might end up on top.

Maike13 -
I tried double-stick tape, but it let go - fortunately, before I had filled the glass! Also, it was white and would have showed through the glass.
SteveBee -
My understanding of Dutch Angle is that it gives the viewer a sense of unease. This certainly would do that for me - I'd be afraid it might tip further and spill my wine!

Great minds think alike :-). My entry was a similar concept except I used a couple of water glasses instead of a wine glass (and double-sided tape instead of glue). Unfortunately an eight hour power outage on Thursday prevented me from submitting it. I'll try and remember to post it in the outtakes after the challenge. I really like your effort though (better than mine).

Very interesting, well shot image. You actually glued the glass??

Very creative as well as beautifully shot. My No 1

Simple and thought provoking. I think this will have a run at the top spot. My No. 2 simply because, while it is technically superior to my top pick, and a cleaner image, it isn't that exciting to me. If I had to critique anything, it would be the lamp reflection in the glass which distracts from the image.

Clever image, but in my mind this falls into the category of trick photography rather than Dutch angle because the horizon in the users mind is established by the board. The intent of Dutch angle isn't to confuse the eye.

Brilliant idea, beautifully executed.

Very nicely done. The placement looks so convincingly conventional that the liquid is a puzzle. Well up in my faves.
I was trying to figure out how to do something like this and came to the conclusion that glue would be involved. I didn't take the next step of actually doing it.
I'm glad you were able to liberate your glass.
