Congratulations, great entry. I still find it a little creepy, something about sheep, like it is going to follow you everywhere.

Top 5! Nothing to be sheepish about with this one.

The ewe's expression is really improved by the way the angle emphasizes her ears. Great DOF. High in my faves.

In retrospect, should probably have written “she’s lovely”!

Nice picture.

Shot straight, this would just be another well-shot but uninteresting image. The angle adds a sense of comic, and for some reason uneasiness.

Excellent textures and balance of tones, good detail on the sheep with a background that gives sufficient context but without distracting.
The tilt works really well - it adds a slightly surreal / comic feel and emphasises the triangular shape of the sheep's head.

Placing the sheep on an angle creates an interrogative feeling that fits well with your title. However, I think I'm missing something in the Extra Info. Nicely shot, anyway - like the monochrome.

I feel a little sheepish in saying this but like so many images here, I feel like the off angle doesn't quite have a purpose. Otherwise nicely taken and sharp: I would have gone all black on the background and shaded the light to make the head pop.

I love a good sheep shot. They are such photogenic creatures and definitely not often given the photographic prominence they deserve
Nicely done, the angle positions him/her nicely in the shot. In my faves.

also known as dolly in scotland
Dolly was a cloned sheep, with shorter legs one side for mountain grazing
