Extra Info:
If restaurants ever open again, I think Iconic Grill would be a great name. They could decorate the walls with replicas of famous car/truck grills. If anyone is inspired to give this idea a try, let me know, so you can send me photos of the place!

Thanks for the votes and comments. I had planned to show the whole front of the car, but did not like the lack of balance in the final photo, thus the tight crop.

We have a chain here who have a sliced side of a 59 or 60 Cadillac with the famous fins on the wall in each restaurant, along with other memorabilia from that period. It has worked well for them, so I think your idea is a good one. They also serve 1950's style milkshakes made with REAL ice cream and whole milk. Keeping with the theme they give you the shake along with the metal container it was mixed in which still has nearly enough for a second serving! Your shot works well for the challenge.

I like your idea! The angle certainly brings out the beauty of the grill.

Very effective use of dutch angle makes for a dramatic shot. Love it.

I was figuring out why this is so edgy, and finally realized that I'm about to get run over! The closeup also adds to the feeling.

Good idea - the tilt works well at creating an abstract.
The blown-out sky is a shame - could you have bracketed the exposure or processed differently?

Good shot of the BMW front end, but I don't find much rationale for it being tilted, other than that this is a Dutch Angle competition. Like the restaurant idea, though.

I am surprised this is the only auto shot and I thought it would be a natural choice. This is, to me, an odd choice of auto detail to angle, and for that reason doesn't quite work for me. Still in my picks.

I like the way the Dutch angle has given full importance to the grill with little room left over for extraneous elements.
I love your restaurant ideas. (But the last thing I'd consider is opening a restaurant so you'll have to find someone else to run with it.)

the angle is great and the image is what you get when the car does brake just in time
