Congrats on the top five finish although I think it deserved higher. I would never have thought one could capture the expression on a squirrel's face, but this little guy looks just like I would feel in his situation. |

Nicely framed with good lighting and colour. The green adds a bit of nature to compliment the man made elements which surround the subject. The detail and light on the tail make this stand out as does the lighter colouration on the underside of the squirrel. The rain gives a unique perspective and purpose to the closed eye which would otherwise be a negative for me, but here makes the shot. |

wow this is fabulous , the eye being closed make the image work so well. he is dead chocked off and looks like he wants to sleep for ages , well until the rain stops but the food takes priority |
