Thanks everyone! I'd appreciate any tips on converting to B&W and preventing the sky from getting noisy. Seems to happen whenever I convert to B&W. |

Looks like a beautiful view, and impressive clouds but without a clear focal point I'm not sure it gains from being in B&W. .
Could you have used a slower shutter in order to lower ISO and reduce the noise in the sky? |

Jade - thanks, I actually studies several of his images while converting this to B&W. Based on your comment, I was at least partly successful.
