This highly compelling image requires a tack sharp presentation to make it really pop. As is it is very good but if it was less fuzzy it would be outstanding. Wonderful subject, presentation, the fence leads the eye to the tower and then up and the clouds provide a dramatic backdrop. The classic black and white presentation really elevates the subject and gives it a majestic and dignity that a non-monochrome shot would deny it. Unlike many entries, this one definitely demands b&w. |

Well-composed shot of one of my favorite locations. The white fence makes a nice counterpoint to the dark sky. Might be a tad sharper. |
