Wow! Thanks everyone.
Just saw the results today, my internet at home has not been working since Saturday. Typing this from work. I apologize for not leaving any comments, was planning to comment on Sunday. Monday was a holiday here in Canada.
I will post some outtakes later.

Two in a row! Congrats!

Wow - my roots are in Manitoba, where you'll rarely see more than three or four silos together. This is quite a collection on that barren landscape. Great job with the B&W and the wonderful lighting. Congratulations.

I really like the subject and composition. It fits the challenge well. I also like the choice of B&W processing, but feel the dramatic effect is a bit overdone. The subject could be somewhat brighter, as well.
This image is in my top ten.

i am assuming the foreground is snow?
IMHO a bit less snow would bring the silo bases nearer the eye

Boy - I can learn a lot from a shot like this. Very nice!

Matches the theme very well and B+W is the obvious choice. In my TT, makes me think the title could have been "The Silo Family Annual Reunion"

I can't make any comment about this photos except to say that it is perfect to my eye.

Gray scale and contrast are good for this subject. I don't think color would have been as dramatic. Nice job!

Lots of PP and it paid off. Love to see the original unprocessed in outtakes. Nicely done.

Lovely image. I don't know if you cropped out anything, but what you ended up here is a nice bundle of industrial shapes, perfect in B&W. One of my top picks.

Superb subject matter for this challenge. Delicate lighting works well with the b$w. I like the way there are elements of 3d in the silos and elements of silhouette in the polls.

Love the composition - somehow it makes me think of a village of Bedouin tents in the desert. Very nicely done!

Well done - the B&W treatment with the vignetting really adds impact to this shot, and brings out all of the architectural details

This shot is so nicely toned and composed. Even the light halos, which usually I do not like, creates a positive statement that even a clump of silos can be aesthetically elegant.

One of my favourites. Proof that you can have an industrial landscape photo that's cute!

Nice arrangement of objects in this image. Like the B&W treatment and the vignetting. Not really a negative, but it looks a bit grainy for an ISO 100 photo. Maybe too much USM?

Striking, dramatic, good take on the challenge. In my favourites and comes over well in B&W.
