Cold? 15F ? That's T shirt and shorts weather. LOL
I went out before dawn on Sunday and it was -35C (-31F) with the wind chill. I've never seen my camera batteries fail so fast. They were dying off like flies on a windowsill in summer. Why do we live here - like Robert said - it builds character :-)))

Thanks for the comments and votes! I shot this on the last day of the entry period in high winds and a chill factor of about 15 degrees F. The previous day was quite warm, so I was caught by surprise and not dressed for the weather. I hurriedly took some shots, got back in the car and hoped I had something I could submit. Some were ruined by pieces of fencing I was shooting through.

I like this better when I crop to the base of the cranes. Interesting to see only one white hat to three workers in the foreground. We used the reverse of that formula :-)

The exposure and colors are very well done and there's lot's to look at. That's maybe what detracts a bit from the image's overall effect, however. There's almost too much to look at, as I found my eye wandering aimlessly throughout the frame.
I think eliminating some extraneous elements from the frame would help to emphasize the focal point in the image, which I presume is the stadium. I also think the image could be leveled just a bit, as it seems the stadium is tilting a little downward to the right.

due to advances in engineering nothing stays long these days
I assume its going to be a "football" or "NFL stadium.

An interesting and colourful industrial scene. I like the inclusion of people which gives a sense of scale.

This is one busy, colourful jobsite. The foreground adds depth and gives a sense of scale.

Not sure you had any choice but dislike the chopped foreground subjects; really like the red crane collection.

this is definitely an industrial landscape for sure, I like how you've used the law of thirds somewhat

Theme - 5
Technical - 4 well exposed, sharp, colorful
Composition - 3 Cluttered foreground; the cranes and dome are the interesting part
Originality - 3
Overall Impression - 3 A lot of potential if you could have found a perspective that isolated the red cranes and dome structure more

The cranes add interesting patterns, but overall I find the scene sort of busy.
